Q7 - Sports Personality

The Team seems to spend more time discussing Sports Personality of The Year than political parties.  My views on this award are well known: the award has the wrong name.  It's not about "personality", it's about "who was the best sportsperson".  The winner for The Team epitomises this, a staggering sporting achievement but not necessarily the sparkiest personality.  He got my vote and his inspiration resulted in me spending too much money on biking gear this year.

The "other" was a one word answer: "Ibra".  Assuming this means Ibrahimovic, wasn't he injured for majority of 2017?  

Q6 - It's All Political

With a very strange couple of years politically, it is interesting to see how this has impacted on The Team's views of political parties.  This was probably one of the more difficult questions as I expect few of us were emphatic in our choice, simply arriving at one as the less bad of the alternatives.  Despite this difficult choice, there was no Corbynistas.

The Team were on the fence regarding 2018 at work.  How do we feel in our personal lives?  The data below gives a sense of possible optimism.

Today's question focuses on whether we believe 2018 will be a better year at work than 2017.  An administrative oversight resulted in me asking the question twice (with slightly different wording).  The results remained consistent, though far from positive.

Looking at whether 2017 has been a good year personally.  Two Team members have had children, two Team members have left their jobs and Woody joined Beeny to become a billionaire.

This bodes well for the answers which shows we are, generally, in good spirits.

A dead-heat.  I worry that those who marked "not sure" actually mean "no".

Welcome to the Team Advent 2017. 

All Team members were asked to complete an in-depth survey to build detailed insight into the Team's feelings.  Amazingly, every Team member completed the survey.  This provides reassurance that despite our prolonged silences and absences, the Team is still in good health.
